You will find many features and information on the website including Association documents, events calendar, board and committee information, and community links - please take some time to explore each of the tabs.
New residents need to visit the Summerfield Community Center at 13011 Summerfield Blvd. to receive the access cards. You can contact the Community Center at 813-671-2005 to verify the times and documents needed. The South Cove HOA will activate your Summerfield card into our system for access into our amenities....please note, this activation process can take up to 48 hours.

New Property Management Company

We are pleased to announce that the South Cove at Summerfield Homeowners Association, Inc. Board of Directors has hired Inframark Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) as your new association management company. Starting December 1st, South Cove at Summerfield will be managed by Inframark IMS! We are excited to begin working with you! New Security Company - Allied Universal Security Services

Summerfield Master Community Association is happy to introduce Allied Universal Security. Allied Universal has replaced Freeman Security Services. Allied will patrol the Summerfield Community from 4pm to 2am Monday through Sunday. Summerfield Master Community Association has created two ways for you to submit your concerns to Allied Universal Security Services.

ARC Requests - Reminder

Before starting any exterior work on your home, such as painting, fencing, installation of lanais or landscaping etc., please be sure you review the ARC guidelines and receive an ARC approval by way of EMAIL or letter. This will avoid you being issued a violation (s) and/or fine(s). The ARC guidelines and ARC request form for South Cove can be found under the Residents Tab - "Documents".
Your South Cove HOA Board of Directors encourages improvements such as painting, landscaping, etc. however to keep our community looking good please follow the ARC guidelines, requirements, and procedures.
